How it works

Upload, quote, print, ship, usually within a week.

We've built every step around the same idea: you should be able to go from CAD file to a part in your hand without a single back-and-forth email.

    Try it now
    01

    Upload your part

Drag in any STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF or STEP file, up to 200 MB each. We parse the mesh in your browser, generate a thumbnail, and check for printability before you've finished sipping your coffee.

    • · Multiple files at once
    • · Inch-authored CAD? Switch the Scale dropdown, no re-upload
    • · Files are private and auto-deleted after 14 days
    02

Pick options, see the price live

Choose material, colour, infill, layer height and quantity. The price recalculates as you change anything, no quote forms, no waiting for an email.

    • · Quantity discounts applied automatically
    • · Optional rush fee for next-working-day dispatch
    • · Save quotes for 14 days or share a read-only link
    03

    Engineer review

Once you check out, your card is authorised but not charged. An engineer reviews every part: geometry, build-volume fit, wall thickness, supports, and material/colour compatibility.

    • · Reviewed within one working day
    • · We flag anything that won't print well, and suggest a fix
    • · Your card is only charged after we accept the order
    • · Want to design for first-time success? See our design guide.

    Printed on Bambu

Standard parts dispatch in 2-4 working days; rush orders dispatch the next working day. We print on Bambu A1 / P1S machines for tight tolerances and consistent surface finish.

    • · 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume
    • · Typical tolerance ±0.3 mm or ±0.3% on parts >100 mm
    • · Quality-checked before packing

    Tracked shipping

We pack and ship via Royal Mail (Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery) with the tracking number in your inbox the moment the parcel leaves us.

    • · Live tracking on the order page
    • · International tracked shipping available at checkout
    • · Reprint requests open for 14 days after delivery

    Accepted file formats

If your CAD tool can export it, we can probably print it. STEP is preferred when you have it; STL works for everything else.

    STL
Universal mesh format. The default export from almost every CAD tool.
    OBJ
Mesh format with optional UV/colour data. Common from Blender and ZBrush.
    PLY
Mesh format favoured by 3D scanners and photogrammetry pipelines.
    3MF
Modern container that bundles geometry, material hints and units in one file.
    STEP / STP
Precision boundary-rep format. Preferred when you have it, preserves true CAD geometry.

    Quality & tolerance

Our typical FDM tolerance is ±0.3 mm on small parts and ±0.3% on parts longer than 100 mm. Layer-height choice matters: 0.08 mm gives near-injection-mould surface finish at the cost of print time, 0.2 mm is the balanced default, 0.28 mm prints quickly with visible layer lines.

If your part has tighter tolerance requirements, tell us in checkout notes, we'll either confirm we can hit them or suggest an alternative process.
